We love being asked "what's for dinner?" and "can I have a snack?" as much as you do. We also enjoy watching our kids gaze into a fridge packed full of food, only to sigh and say, "ugh, we don't have anything to eat!"
The struggle is real.
That's why we created an awesome cheat sheet for the whole family to help curb the food frustration. Here's how it works:
1. Go grocery shopping (we've included a handy shopping list template for this part!)
2. As soon as you've put away all the groceries, whip out your cheat sheet and fill it in with the dinner plans for the week + all the breakfast, lunch, and snack options you've just loaded the fridge and pantry with.
3. Post the sheet right on your refrigerator door, or on the family bulletin board.
4. Enjoy not answering "what is there to eat?" every twenty minutes!
This product is a downloadable PDF, which means you can print out as many copies as you'd like. Print a stack and grab a fresh sheet each week, or just print one and laminate it to use with a dry erase marker.
(PS - Don't be embarrassed if you catch yourself using it too - it's pretty nice to have a handy list of snack suggestions!)
